A hand-bound book is a typographic guide wherein design and text gently collaborate to enhance understanding. The book focuses on the fundamentals, structure and form of typography.

I decided to create this book to express typography to others in the way it was easiest for me understand it, as a family. The simplest way to describe a family is a group of persons sharing common ancestry. Like a family, all the pieces of typography are connected, and like family members each plays a different role and has a unique personality.
